Order Processing Times
In-stock orders process within 1-3 business days.
Custom apparel and select curated items are printed on-demand or fulfilled through our partner network. These made-to-order items typically take an additional 2-7 business days to process and manufacture before they are shipped.
If your order contains both in-stock accessories and made-to-order apparel, your items may ship in separate packages to ensure you get your gear as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship domestically within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, and depend on which items are in your cart.
Made-to-order apparel, playmats, stickers and mugs: flat rate from $4.95, shown at checkout (estimated 2-7 business days to make, then 3-5 business days in transit)
In-stock accessories, dice and collectibles, Standard: $9.95 flat rate, shipped UPS Ground (estimated 3-5 business days after processing)
In-stock accessories, dice and collectibles, Express: $15.00 flat rate, shipped UPS 2nd Day Air (estimated 1-2 business days after processing)
Free Standard Shipping: automatically applied to all US orders of $49.00 or more, before tax.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
